The Artillery Row flat is located in an amazing location; it is 10 minutes to Victoria Station in one direction, 10 minutes to Buckingham Palace in another direction, and 10 minutes to Westminster Abbey in another direction. It is amazing. The Apollo Victoria Theater and the Victoria Palace theater are nearby. Victoria Tube Station and St James Station are both located within easy walking distance. My favorite pub, THE ALBERT, where the best FISH AND CHIPS can't be beat is located at the corner of Victoria Street and Artillery Row; it is fantastic. For those who love to enjoy a morning run or stroll will enjoy having St James's Park close by. It is an amazing area with great shopping, many restaurants, and grocery shopping in all directions. The flat itself is on the first floor of an a contemporary style building with a lift and fabulous windows. The lounge is very large with massive windows with views overlooking Greycoat Hospital School, a very beautiful period building. There is a black leather sofa and chair, a glass table and chairs, and a computer desk--white carpeting throughout. It is a spacious gathering room. There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with a queen size bed and with a full wall of closets. The en suite bathroom has a shower over the tub, wash hand basin, and loo--all finished in marble. The second bedroom has a single bed and a trundle and uses the second bathroom which has a shower over the tub, wash hand basin, and loo--again, finished in marble. The kitchen has all machines including a microwave, hob, oven, washer, and dishwasher. All the rooms in the flat are good size with white carpet and wood floors. The common parts of the building are marble and wood and are well maintained by the resident caretaker. A visitor can reach the flat, up one floor, by stairs or by the very nice elevator. When considering the location and rate, this is a great flat. HIGH-SPEED INTERNET with wireless router (802.llb/g) has been installed for those traveling with computers.
